Job description:

The L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, based in Nottingham, is seeking to appoint a Teaching School Administrator to provide the administrative support for the six key areas of the L.E.A.D. Teaching School Alliance activity and ensure effective co-ordination, delivery and quality of service to all members and partners.

 The role will include: 

  • maintaining administrative oversight of all Teaching School activities;
  • assistance in ensuring the efficient organisation and delivery of L.E.A.D. programmes, including maintenance of the website;
  • organisation of, and minute taking at, the Strategic Partnership Board including the production of agendas and relevant documentation;
  • assisting in financial planning and reporting by liaising with school business and finance managers.

This post would be ideally suited to someone who has experience of working within a finance-related environment. The successful candidate must have excellent ICT skills, experience of maintaining websites, and good numeracy and literacy skills.

This post is permanent and full-time and will be based in Nottingham; travel between the schools will be expected.
