Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher 

Contract: Two Terms 

Start Date: January 2017 

Are you a dynamic and highly motivated teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your professional practice, alongside a supportive and dedicated team of practitioners? 

The Headteacher and Governors at Edna G. Olds are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated and enthusiastic nursery teacher, for our rapidly improving school. 

Edna G. Olds is a member of the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust which is made up of a dynamic group of schools, whose vision is to provide the highest quality education through outstanding leadership. The Trust’s emphasis on collaboration along with high quality coaching and training ensures that we continuously strive to promote outstanding practice in all our schools.

 

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who:

  • is an excellent role model, exemplifying a high standard of EYFS provision, and promoting high expectations for all members of the EYFS community, with proven impact on pupil progress and is an inspirational teacher who can lead by example;
  • is an outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • is able to ensure the health, safety and welfare of pupils and staff in EYFS;
  • has the ability to work with inner city children with a variety of needs;
  • is an exemplary and outstanding classroom practitioner;
  • is secure in their knowledge and experience of EYFS assessment, data analysis and rigorous school self-review;
  • is an inspirational teacher who can lead by example;
  • is an outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • has the ability to work with inner city children with a variety of needs.
